Refunds + Returns Policy
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange – even if the product is deemed faulty or damaged or isn’t as described.
Sales on Circular Sourcing are generally considered final. Returns are acceptable when a) a product is damaged or faulty beyond the acceptable limit or b) is inaccurately described on the original product listing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to thoroughly read listings including viewing images and video, order swatches or view samples at the Circular Sourcing showroom before deciding to purchase.
Returns are not allowed for the following reasons: change of mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided you did not like the purchase or had no use for it.
For faults as described above, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, un-cut and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to Seller error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after purchase date
Refunds
If you believe your product is a) damaged or faulty beyond the acceptable limit or b) is inaccurately described on the listing, please first contact the seller who you purchased it from within the 15 day Returns window. This information can be found in your customer dashboard. If the seller agrees to refund or replace the item, they will do so at their expense and will advise how to send the product back. If a refund is agreed on, once your return is received and inspected by the Seller they will complete the refund process for the item and you will also be notified of this by email.
Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for refunds to be processed.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- First check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Exchanges
Sellers may only replace items if they are defective or damaged and there is enough stock to replace it. Please follow the same process as listed above.
Circular Sourcing Guarantee
All Circular Sourcing sellers are verified Australian based businesses and must agree to our Selling Policy terms and conditions in order to sell their materials on our platform. In the unlikely circumstance where after 15 days a Product for which you have paid has not yet been shipped to you and you have not been able to contact the seller through your customer dashboard, please contact us directly. We can either:
- attempt to contact the seller on your behalf to retrieve the ordered Products
- cancel the order and issue a refund for any transactions performed through Circular Sourcing (we are unable to provide refunds for external invoices from sellers)
In order to be eligible for this process you must not have requested a charge back from your credit card company or Paypal.
